1. Definitions

• "Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game, or other available gaming product on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring a User to submit identity documents, including CNIC, to verify their identity and eligibility.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency of all financial transactions on the 786win Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 786win Account or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you represent that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be legally bound by them.

3.2 KYC Verification

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 786win may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify 786win immediately via live chat or the registered support email address if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your login credentials. 786win will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to promptly report such incidents.

4. Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering an Account, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. 786win may request age verification documentation at any time. In the event that a User is found to be under 21 years of age:

• The Account will be immediately and permanently closed.
• All winnings and bonus balances will be forfeited.
• Any Real Money Balance deposited by the underage User will be returned to the payment source after deducting any administrative costs incurred.
• 786win reserves the right to report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

786win accepts deposits exclusively in PKR via the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. 786win does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.
• 786win reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large or unusual deposit transactions as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be refused and returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with 786win's anti-money laundering policy. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on 786win, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and all other available markets:

6.1 Bet Placement

• All bets must be placed before the official market closing time displayed on the Platform. 786win reserves the right to void bets placed after market closure regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying that your bet slip reflects your intended selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming.
• In-play bets are subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended or voided at 786win's discretion if live data feeds are interrupted or delayed.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided under the following circumstances, among others: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market was suspended at the time of placement due to a technical error; odds were published in error due to a manifest mistake; or the event result cannot be verified from an official and reliable source within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market category. These limits are set by 786win at its absolute discretion and are displayed within the relevant market prior to bet confirmation. 786win will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout regardless of the odds accepted.

6.4 PSL and Cricket-Specific Rules

For PSL and other cricket markets, official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or tournament organiser) will be used to settle all markets. In the event of a match being reduced in overs due to weather, the result will be determined in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable, and markets settled accordingly.

7. Casino Games

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786win Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or manifest pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with players, teams, or officials in connection with events offered on the Platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 786win staff or other Users.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

786win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A User's request for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• A legally binding instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon Account closure, 786win will return any verified Real Money Balance (net of any applicable deductions for fraudulent activity) to the payment source associated with the Account. Bonus Balances are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon closure.

11. Intellectual Property
